Chul Kyu Kim - President & CEO

Mr.Kim has experience in the wide range of the property development business at home and abroad including advisory services and property acquisition & disposal, asset management, property management and project management.

Before establishing the EASTLAND, Mr.Kim had been engaged in the Hyundai Development Company who is the biggest developer in Korea over the past 20 years in charge of planning, marketing strategy,sales & marketing, financial analysis, project financing and property management He has developed investment strategies implemented for al variety of real estate investors.

He has also worked for the Bovis Lend Lease Korea following business development for CM/PM services of office interior fitout and remodeling, and technical due diligence of buildings owned or to be owned by mainly  foreign investors.
